Last February 24, Dole Philippines entered the grand float parade that graced Baguio’s Session Road with the festival theme of “Blooming Odyssey.”
The Dole float used beautiful fresh flowers Dole’s float entry took inspiration from the cycle of nature, featuring blooming flowers that give life and beauty to the ruins of the past.

Though participating only for the first time in the Panagbenga Festival, Dole Philippines is not new to competitions as such, as they take cue from its mother company. Dole in the United States has regularly participated in the annual Pasadena Rose Parade in California, and they have been considered as contenders to bag the competition every year.
Similar to the beautiful flowers that were used during the festival, Dole also exhibits beauty through healthy living and the proper diet with the healthy-nutritious products produced by Dole Philippines, from their juice drinks down to the canned and jared fruits, and even in their scrumptious fruit bowls.
This year marks the 18th year of the festival of flowers, which started in 1996, with the aim of boosting the tourism industry of Baguio City and the rest of the Cordilleras through showcasing various events, exhibition and activities that promote history, tradition, and values.
